Not just another week...

[whoa... seems like ages since my last post.. but only 3 days after =S ... work wasn't too boring after all, had stuff to do in the end =) ... nehooz... more thoughts and ideas this time... hui hui]

Whilst working (doing scanning and binding- for one whole week), a few thoughts hit me all of a sudden, and I couldn't help but ponder about them. Here is the random list that just flowed endlessly:

1 What happens when you leave a place that you've lived in for the past 7 years? This means leaving your family, your friends, your acquaintances; your home, your affiliations, your work place...

2 What would happen if I pierced all 5 holes that I want in my ears all at once? Would that be too many foreign objects in me at one time that I get poisoned, so it's totally fine- just that I can't flip from side to side anymore when I sleep?

3 Why do paper cuts hurt so much more than bruisers or other bigger cuts? (Not the REALLY big cuts, of course.)

4 With all the money I earned this week, I can almost buy a decent laptop in Malaysia. To buy or not to buy?

5 Why isn't the DVD player at home working?!!?!?!? *#$^#@^$@#&$(&@#...

6 Wonder if Du's having fun in his Sg, Hk, China trip. Hope he sees his relatives and has an awesome Chinese New Year.

7 Shan and Reeny are the sweetest! Love hanging out with them. Their presence is so comforting!

8 Miss Madagascans! The funky parties with Nono, the thumb wars with Laurence, the philosophical talks of Tony, Marie's awesome personality, the cross dressing Cedric (MY Cindy) ... man, the good times.

9 Looking forward to performances this weekend! Jam packed with training, zoo and wedding performances. Should be awesome! Oz Concert is on next week too! LONG WEEKEND!

10 28th... only a week and a bit away. Malaysia, HERE I COME!

The top 10 thoughts of the day. Why are they so random? So unrelated? So different? The human mind, so complicated. I guess this week wasn't just about work, it was about thinking of my situation now, of being in the present, but reminiscing the joyful past and looking forward to the unknown future. What would tomorrow's thoughts be like? Similar; different- life changing? I guess we can only appreciate the now and make the best of the later.
